Day 150 Mount Eden

We went for a walk around the top of Mount Eden. Great views to some of the other volcanoes in Auckland.

It is a rainy dismal day in Auckland, so what do you do when you are on holiday...you go to the movies, Avatar in 3D in fact! What a fantastic movie.
On the way back home the sun had come out and who can resist a photo opportunity with Rangitoto Island, one of Aucklands most famous icons. it is our most recent and biggest volcano!
